RETURNS

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for return(s):

• The return must be mailed in advance to info@wildchildkidswear.nl with the following info: 

      - name 

     - order number

     - item(s)

     - reason of return               

Without this information we cannot process your return!

• The shipment must be posted within the date of delivery and 14th sight day, the date of the postmark applies.
• The return must be prepaid, at your own expense.
• Item(s) are unused and undamaged.
• For items from the sale there is a return period of 8 days.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items, because we work with a limited stock we can’t guarantee sizes. If you wish to receive another item or size, you have to place another order. If, however, Wild Child Kidswear has made a mistake regarding your order we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wildchildkidswear.nl .

The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined, washed or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. After receiving the item(s) we pay the amount within 14 days.
